Delivery notes
All parcels are tracked. We do not send tracking information as standard — if your parcel is running late, please contact us and we will provide the tracking number.
Special Next Day Delivery usually arrives the next day. On rare occasions it can take one to two days to arrive.
Parcels are sent without a return address, so please make sure your delivery address is exactly correct — we copy your address directly onto the parcel.
How to order
- Send us your order, delivery address and chosen postage.
- We send you the payment information.
- You pay, and let us know once payment is made.
- Your order is dispatched the following working day (Monday–Friday).
