Do I need a card?
No. You pay from the crypto app you already use — Revolut, Coinbase, Binance, Kraken or any wallet. Nothing touches a card and nothing appears on a card statement.
How much does it cost me?
Nothing from us — you get 10% off. You only pay your own app's send fee: free from Coinbase, about £3 from Revolut, under 1p from a wallet such as Trust Wallet or MetaMask. We never deduct anything.
How long does it take?
Stablecoin payments (USDC, USDT) and SOL are usually confirmed within seconds of sending; Bitcoin takes minutes. The order page updates itself — no screenshots, no emails.
I have never bought crypto. Can I still pay this way?
Yes. Choose “I don’t have crypto yet” on the payment page: we hold your order and stock, email you a one-tap pay link and guide you through buying USDC in Revolut or Coinbase. UK rules make your app wait 24 hours after your very first crypto purchase — that is the app’s rule, and your order stays reserved through it.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Send a little too much and the order completes and we note the difference. Send too little and the page shows the exact top-up to send; the order completes when it lands.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Refunds are sent in the same asset to the wallet your payment came from, at the value recorded when you paid. If you paid from an exchange account, tell us the address to use.
Is it safe and private?
Payments go wallet-to-wallet with no payment processor in between. We store the sending address, network and transaction ID for the order’s lifetime — for matching, refunds and accounting — and nothing else.
